Fear of Flying Warning Signs

Do you have a fear of flying? Do you hate it when you have to take an airplane ride to travel from city to city? Do you take deep breaths and sweat profusely when you fly on an airplane? Experts say that a person with the fear of flying not only fear the idea of being on an airplane but also on other things linked to stress and anxiety.

People are often afraid of something; some can be scared of enclosed spaces such as in elevators, others are afraid of little insects. But the difference between fear of enclosed space and fear of planes is that when you are in the elevator, the whole experience would only take about a minute or two whereas when you are in an airplane, you have to endure it for at least an hour which can be very excruciatingly difficult for anyone who is afraid of it.

Here are some common signs that would possibly identify a person afraid of flying.
